The momentum behind Irish language entrepreneurship is already visible on the ground and this reflects an emerging start-up culture where founders are increasingly choosing to build businesses that operate through Irish - serving public bodies, communities and markets at home and abroad.
The project is aligned with the National Plan for Irish Language Public Services 2024-2030, and demonstrates a commitment to delivering a bilingual public service and supporting the wider move towards a bilingual society. Entrepreneurship is at the heart of the initiative, turning Irish language skills into successful enterprises that strengthen the Irish economy while supporting the delivery of public services through Irish.
